Hi, I am Anne Altamore, a lived experience counsellor, supporting people whose fertility journey did not end with a baby.
I know what it is like to wonder “what now?” after ending fertility treatment because I have been there.
While your journey is unique to you, I can work with you to grieve, process the journey, and find healing to create a life that is meaningful to you.

Who do I work with?
Individuals
Exploring your thoughts, emotions, and stresses in a confidential one to one setting may be helpful in identifying areas of your life that need healing and the possible obstacles to moving forward.
Being heard and giving yourself permission to freely voice your concerns, fears, anxieties, stresses, hurts, hopes, and a myriad of other feelings may be the step you need to help make positive choices in moving forward as you build your new / different normal.
Individual sessions are usually 60 minutes. Session Fee is AUD$150.00
Couples
It is no secret that the fertility journey has an impact of many relationships. Couples sessions provide an non-judgmental space to explore the dynamics of your current relationship and what you need to move forward.
Working with a therapist who understands the struggles of the IVF roller coaster can help facilitate communication on the tough issues which may have never been voiced but could have put a strain on your relationship.
Couples sessions are typically 90 – 120 minutes depending on your needs. Session fee is AUD$270.00

Culture is a complex system of many areas; and how it informs the infertility journey cannot be underestimated. I am experienced in working with a variety of cultures, races, ethnicities, and religious / spiritual affiliations.
